Glass mold non-spherical cylindrical lenses (cylindrical lenses) enable the creation of sharp and fine line formations.
We achieve high quality at low cost by molding with precision molds. Compared to spherical lenses, general aspheric lenses can form thin lines to reduce spherical aberration during focusing. ■ Advantages of press molding - Can provide higher precision than machined products - Long-term running costs can be lower than those of machined products - Delivery times can be shortened for subsequent orders - Can accommodate materials other than low-melting-point glass (please consult for details). ■ Machining/grinding is also available.
